An unreleased Spice Girls song recently leaked, leaving the five women red-faced.
Thirty years after the song's first recording, it was leaked.
However, the song's X-rated title and accompanying lyrics are the main cause for the 90s girl band's embarrassment.
The leak apparently embarrassed Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Mel B, Mel C, Geri Horner, and others since the title contains a four-letter vulgar euphemism.
The song by The Spice Girls is called "C. U. Next Tuesday."
To commemorate the 25th anniversary of their record, the Spice Girls also released "Spice 25" the previous year. Unreleased remixes and demos were included, although "C. U. Next Tuesday" was left off.
Mel C previously expressed her distaste for that song, calling it "a piece of s**t," and claiming it was never included in any of their albums.
Virgin putting it on a greatest hits record right now would be a huge rip-off, in my opinion.
Although the five ladies are in completely different stages of their life today than they were when the song was initially created, a source who talked to The Sun said that it was a "tongue-in-cheek track in the 90s" and that it was "clearly a touch humiliating given the cringeworthy title."
"How on earth it got out is a bit of a mystery, but they aren't going to linger on it."
The Spice Girls want the song to eventually be forgotten, the insider continued.
The group is concentrating on other projects they have planned for 2023 and hope that people will forget about this song, which they never really liked.

Sporty Spice Mel C angered some of her Polish fans by canceling her New Year's performance at the last minute earlier this week.
On New Year's Eve, the 48-year-old singer-dancer was scheduled to perform on the Polish public broadcaster.
Due to the nation's stance against the LGBTQ+ population, she later made the decision to cancel the event.
Emma Bunton, a member of Baby Spice, recently reminisced on her everlasting friendship with her bandmates, telling the Daily Mail in an interview that she would always be close to them since they had been through so much together.
She said, "Nobody else will ever comprehend the closeness between us... There's a link there and it's very, very deep," when Spice Girls became the largest band of all time."
