In the midst of his most recent troubles, the troubled Nickelodeon star has reportedly split from his wife, actressJanet Von Schmeling, according to Page Six.
They are allegedly on the verge of divorcing.
Along with his reportedly new relationship status, Drake has also started receiving therapy.
The "Drake and Josh" star was seen "huffing" balloons in his car last month as his son sat in the backseat in the parking lot of a vape store.
The publication was informed by a source that Janet had "had enough."
The singer-actor and his now-wife, who is 28 years old, began dating in 2013. They wed in a small ceremony in 2018.
With the help of her family, Janet is said to have relocated back to Florida with their kid and closed on a property there.
The insider said, "They used to have some really wonderful moments. They'll be excellent co-parents in the future if he concentrates on staying healthy.
"It's an awful time for Drake," they continued. But when he is fit and sober, he makes a fantastic father.

Drake Bell's recent rocky run is hardly his first.
The money Drake got by appearing as a kid actor in two successful series didn't endure since, according to TMZ, he declared bankruptcy in 2014. He stated in legal documents that he owes more than $2 million.
After being accused of driving under the influence in 2015, Melissa Lingafelt, Drake's ex-girlfriend, claimed in 2020 that he had physically and verbally abused her. He denied the charges.
But that same year, Paydin Layne, Drake's other ex, reportedly sent Melissa a direct message to support her and admit that she too had experienced violence throughout their 2011-2016 relationship.
Drake Bell relocated to Mexico and changed his name to Drake Campana a short while afterwards. His first Spanish single, "Fuego Lento," and an album that was entirely in Spanish were released in 2020 as part of his repositioning as a performer who sang in Spanish. However, according to Spotify, some of his most well-known tracks are those that are in Spanish.
The former "Amanda Show" actress admitted to in 2021 to two criminal charges stemming from an event in 2017: attempted child endangerment and publishing information detrimental to minors. He received a two-year probationary period as well as 200 hours of community service.
Prosecutors claim that Drake met an adult woman he met online. Then, in 2017, she went to his show in Cleveland. Drake allegedly sent the girl "inappropriate social media texts," according to authorities.
