G-Unit's 50 Cent, Young Buck and Kidd Kidd are the latest group to respond to the Mike Brown shooting in Ferguson with a song. Titled "Ahhh Sh*t," the track also makes mention of Eric Garner, the man who New York police apprehended, put in a chokehold, brought to the ground and killed last month, as well as Trayvon Martin, who was fatally shot by George Zimmerman in 2012. The TM 808 Mafia-produced track features samples of news coverage and dialogue between police and civilians.
"Now why the f**k did you call them cops? (Ahhh sh*t) / With your hands up you still getting shot (Ahhh sh*t) / Here they come now, they out on patrol (Ahhh sh*t) / They killed a few, they finna killa some more," they sing on the hook.
The first verse references the Brown shooting.
"Walked in here on that bullshit/ I been turnt up all day bustin' shots," Buck raps. "Ever since Mike Brown went down my whole city like 'f**k a cop'."
Earlier this year, Fiddy promised a new G-Unit album would be coming out "by late November." It's unknown whether "Ahhh Sh*t" will be featured on the release.
