Naomi Judd left behind a heartbreaking post-it note that she penned as a suicide note.
The country singer reportedly shot herself on April 30, 2022, and an autopsy verifiedearlier claims that she committed herself.
The troubled artist reportedly forbade her singing partner and daughter Wynonna from attending her burial, according to photos taken at the scene and sent to Radar Online. In her heartbreaking final letter, Naomi even referred to her as being "mentally ill."
"Do not let Wy come to my funeral. She's mentally ill," the 76-year-old wrote, emphasizing the word "not."
After years of mental agony, the "Love Can Build A Bridge" singer took her own life. Later, as they were waiting for an ambulance, Naomi passed away in the arms of her second daughter, Ashley.
A police officer who was there reportedly hid the message among the book's pages and subsequently admitted that he did so simply out of concern for Wynonna Judd's sentiments.
The disturbing contents of Naomi Judd's last testament about her oldest daughter surfaced when it was revealed that both of her kids were not included in her will.
Naomi allegedly asked that Larry Strickland, her widow, be given "complete authority and discretion" over all of the estate's assets, "without the approval of any court" or any consent from the beneficiaries.
Wynonna was outraged that she was included in the will, according to a different article by Radar Online. She had after all made up half the band and was proud to have contributed significantly to her mother's success.
Later, Wynonna refuted claims that their family was at odds over the inheritance of their deceased grandmother.
Wynonna was told she shouldn't go to the funeral, but she still did.

Radar Online was able to publish images of Naomi Judd's haunting death scene.
The Judd family fought for months to have the suicide police report filed and kept away from the general public. But now that a copy of the material has been made public by the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, the public is aware of what the family was trying to conceal.
The Glock pistol, which is visible on the nightstand, and Naomi Judd's bed linens were covered in blood, according to photographs from the scene and police bodycam footage.
Not all of the photographs were published by the media due to the violent and graphic nature of the images.
