After analyzing nearly one thousand songs on Spotify, experts have concluded that familiar, energetic music may be as effective as relaxing sounds for lulling individuals to sleep.

Using Spotify's API - a program that can retrieve and manage data -, researchers from Aarhus University analyzed more than 200,000 songs from 985 sleep-related playlists on the music app.

They identified six distinct subcategories of music that people listen to while sleeping, three of which had the typical slower and quieter melody, which featured acoustic instruments and few lyrical notes. However, the other characteristics included significantly faster and louder songs with a higher level of energy, such as BTS's "Dynamite."

"Lovely," a song by Billie Eilish and Khalid, was also included on the list of songs that promote relaxation and sleep. The authors of the study, which was published in the journal Plos One, hypothesized that the familiarity of these songs could help calm people. Billie Eilish has requested a temporary restraining order against a suspected stalker.

In a recent news, while Eilish's song can put you to sleep, the artist is the one having a hard time feeling comfortable in her own home.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Happier Than Ever singer has requested a temporary restraining order against Christopher Anderson, whom she accuses of repeatedly breaking into her family's home.

Patrick O'Connell, Eilish's father, stated in the documents that Anderson showed up uninvited to Eilish's Los Angeles residence multiple times since December 2022, declaring his love for the singer and requesting to meet her.

Eilish disclosed that she and her family had contacted the police five times and filed incident reports. According to the documents, Anderson's alleged behavior has caused Eilish "significant anxiety, fear, and emotional distress" for her own and her family's safety. She continued that she no longer felt safe visiting her family in the presence of Anderson.

The request for a temporary restraining order aimed to protect Eilish, Finneas, and her parents, O'Connell and Maggie Baird.

Page Six reports that police responded to O'Connell and Baird's residence in January after a trespasser was allegedly spotted scaling their fence. Eilish was granted a three-year restraining order against Prenell Rousseau in 2020 after alleging that he repeatedly showed up uninvited at her Los Angeles residence.

Her home address had previously been leaked online, which she described to Rolling Stone as a "traumatic experience."
