It's been four years since Beyoncé last headlined a concert and she recently made rounds online after reportedly performing at a private event in Dubai. Amid the recent news, many have been wondering if she'll appear at this year's Grammy Awards.
According to Variety, the award-winning musician performed at the new Atlantis The Royal Resort in Dubai over the weekend and the production value was not simple because all elements were reportedly extravagant throughout her show.
There were violinists with gold headpieces, backup dancers, and a set design fit for a queen as it was Egyptian-themed.
Last year, Beyoncé took the world by storm with her comeback album, "Renaissance", and it's surprising for some fans that she never performed any of her new songs at a private event.
The outlet noted that the possible reason why she never showcased any of her recent tracks was that she was saving them for a performance at the Grammys. Show producers are reportedly discussing plans with the pop star's team about an onstage appearance.
As of this writing, Beyoncé has not publicly confirmed whether she'll attend the coveted awards show or not, but she is currently nominated for nine awards, making her a record-breaker for being the most-nominated Grammy artist in history along with her husband, Jay-Z.

The event strictly prohibits phones and recording devices, but there was a footage that leaked online including a surprise appearance from her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, that performed the song "Brown Skin Girl."
The Grammy Award-winning singer reportedly had several outfit changes to match the songs that she performed. Some of the previously-released tracks included in the setlist were "Beautiful Liar," "Naughty Girl," "Freedom," "Be Alive," "Spirit" and many more.
Some of the star-studded guests who attended the event were Kendall Jenner, Chloe and Halle Bailey, Rebel Wilson, and Nia Long.
According to Perth Now, the pop star earned a whopping $24 million for her one-hour set. The entire performance lasted for 73 minutes. She also stayed in one of the rooms at the newly-opened hotel which reportedly costs $100,000 per night.
