After almost three years, Kali Uchis has finally announced a new album and fans can't wait to hear new songs from the Latin pop star; take a look at all the details you need to know before the record drops in a few months.
According to Billboard, the musician's upcoming project is titled "Red Moon in Venus" and it will be available for purchase and streaming starting March 3, 2023 via Geffen Records.
Although the release date is still a few weeks away, fans can pre-order and pre-save the album on major streaming music platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.
Explaining more the overall theme of her new record, Kali Uchis noted that the album revolves around the message of "love."
"Red Moon In Venus is a timeless, burning expression of desire, heartbreak, faith, and honesty, reflecting the divine femininity of the moon and Venus," she explained in a press release.
Further giving fans an insight about the meaning, Uchis noted that the moon and Venus work together in astrology for love and domestic life to prosper.
The album is set to represent "all levels of love" from releasing people with love, and taking care one's self by self-love.
"It's believed by many astrologers that the blood moon can send your emotions into a spin, and that's what I felt represented this body of work best," she added.
'Red Moon In Venus' Tour
Aside from announcing the album, Kali Uchis surprised fans even more by announcing a tour that will run across cities in North America.
Her scheduled shows will kick off at the Moody Amphitheatre in Austin, Texas on April 25, 2023, before heading out to different locations like Houston, Miami, Orlando, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, and many more.
Uchis' last show would be at the Arizona Federal Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona, on May 30, 2023.

The recent announcement comes after the 28-year-old singer confirmed that she has two albums coming out this year by quote-retweeting her previous post which revealed that one is an English record and the other one is in Spanish. Details about the other album have yet to be announced.
