Kanye West is back in the spotlight after weeks of going "missing," but it seems like his hiatus did not really do wonders of calming him down.
Paparazzi followed the rapper outside Miami's airport, which only frustrated him and caused him to have a mini rant session: "Right now y'all get to shoot us without having to pay. I'mma change that."
Despite obviously looking disgruntled by all the flashing lights and people shouting, West denied that his statement was a threat.
"I'm not saying it in a negative way. It's just like, right now, it's just really one-sided," he continued.
"You guys can follow us, you guys can stand [outside] a hotel at any given time.
"You don't give us any percentage of what you're making off of us, off of our kids."

West, who used to be married to reality star and beauty mogul, Kim Kardashian, is definitely no stranger to the paparazzi.
Kardashian even once admitted that she would intentionally go to places where the paparazzi hung out, so they would take pictures of her.
"I knew exactly where they were, so if you wanted to be seen- anytime I got hair and makeup for the show, there was no way I was going home and washing it off," she once shared with Andy Cohen.
However, now that the Kardashians and West himself are quite popular, they no longer need to go to places frequented by the paparazzi-the cameras just follow them around.
Especially now that the rapper just unveiled that he had gotten married to his new wife, Bianca Censori.
Everyone wants to know more about his new love, but he's sick and tired of how the paparazzi "jump" at him.
"The first time I ever took medication - [was] because I got mad at paparazzi... the same one that shot Britney [Spears]... There has to be some kind of balance, some type of conversation," he told the paparazzi.
According to Vibe, ironically, West's father was a photojournalist. But that did not stop him from demanding that the artists or celebrities should have a cut in paparazzi earnings.
"It has to be some kind of balance, some kind of conversation. I can't live in California and my life [is] like I'm some type of caged animal."
As of this writing, there isn't any regulations or laws on whether the paparazzi should give the subject of their pictures a cut of their earnings.
