Madonna is known for all sorts of things like being a legendary pop star, fashion icon, activist, and more, but there was a time in her career when she stole an item from a famous record producer, who recently called her out hilariously; what happened?

Former "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson recently appeared on "The Kelly Clarkson Show" where he shared a funny story about the queen of pop stealing his sunglasses decades ago.

The record producer opened up about the topic after Clarkson showed a photo of him and Madonna in the past, asking, "I heard that those are your sunglasses that she has on, and she might have taken them?" (via Billboard)

Jackson said it all began during the 1980s era or the musician, saying Madonna "stole" his sunglasses and she wore it in the next video.

"And I'm like, 'What happened to my shades, yo? What the hell's going on here?'" the judge hilariously recalled.

The record executive did not specifically name which music video the pop star used his sunglasses to, but he noted that he's happy for her success because "we love her, she's amazing."

Madonna Updates

The recent interview comes after sources revealed that Madonna's upcoming biopic will no longer push through for now as she's focused on her upcoming massive world tour.

According to multiple insiders who spoke to Variety, the "Material Girl" hitmaker wants to pay attention to her shows, but she still wants to make a film about herself in the future.

The said biopic was first announced in 2020 and details about the film's development have been swirling around the internet over the past few months.

The pop star collaborated with Academy Award winner Diablo Cody for the first draft of the script and the second one with Erin Cressida Wilson, popularly known for her previous works like "The Girl on the Train."

As of this writing, the 64-year-old musician has not revealed when she'll return to working on her biopic.

In other updates, Madonna's highly-anticipated "The Celebration" tour tickets have reportedly sold out within minutes. The musician will kick off her scheduled shows at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, BC, on July 15, 2023.

According to her official website, there are only a few shows that have available tickets. Check out the complete list of tour dates and more information here.
