Neyo's divorce has dealt him a major blowback on his pockets following the accusations thrown by his wife.
According to TMZ, Neyo is bound to pay Crystal Renay almost $2 million in settlement for their messy divorce.
A lump sum of $ 1.6 million will be paid directly to Renay. However, this is not just the only thing that his ex-wife has demanded to settle the divorce.
$20,000 will be given to Crystal for her moving expenses following their separation from the same household. Because of Neyo's divorce, he has also offered to provide his ex-wife $ 150,000 for her to purchase her own car of her choosing as Neyo will be keeping their 2022 Bently.
Renay and Neyo's children are bound to receive monthly child support payments of $12,000 each per child to cover their educational expenses. A $ 5,000 monthly check will also be issued to Renay for alimony until 2025.
As for their custody, both parties have agreed to not bring any romantic partner near their children unless the said party has written consent, signed off, or the other was engaged or married already, HipHopDX reports.
In August 2022, Renay shocked everyone when she filed for divorce. The move came months after the couple renewed their vows. Earlier reports say that the Neyo divorce was caused by the singer, who had cheated on Renay multiple times, to the point that the singer "secretly fathered" a child during their marriage.
Meanwhile, fans have been worried about the R&B icon, wondering if his net worth suffices the load of his divorce settlement.
