Taylor Swift scored her first GRAMMY of the night after her "All Too Well: The Short Film" won Best Music Video during the 2023 Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony.
Swift released "All Too Well: The Short Film" along with her newly-recorded album, "Red (Taylor's Version)."
The film, which stars Sadie Sink and Dylan O' Brien, was Swift's directorial debut. In the category, Swift beat out Adele's "Easy On Me," BTS' "Yet To Come," Doja Cat's "Woman," Kendrick Lamar's "The Heart Pt 5," and Harry Styles' "As It Was."
However, Swift was not yet in the venue when the award was given, but it was received on her behalf by one of her production team. Jack Antonoff, Swift's frequent collaborator, won Producer of the Year, Non-Classical.
Swift is nominated for four awards this night. She was nominated for Best Country song for "I Bet You Think About Me (Taylor's Version) (From The Vault)," "Best Song Written For Visual Media for "Carolina [From Where The Crawdads Sing]."
"All Too Well (10-Minute Version) (Taylor's Version)" is also predicted to take home the Song of the Year award.
Because of the "All Too Well: The Short Film" Grammy win, Taylor Swift is already a 12x nominee. Aside from this, Swift is also the first artist to win Album of the Year, three times already with "Fearless" in 2010, "1989" in 2016, and "Folklore" in 2021.
If Swift won Song of the Year, it would be her first time winning in the said category.
