Last Sunday, Beyonce won her 32nd Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album.
She overtook Georg Solti for the record of most Grammy wins thanks to that single accomplishment.
For "Cuff It," she was also awarded Best R&B Song.
Two of her accolades were presented at the ceremony's afternoon non-televised Premiere. She chose two more during the primetime broadcast, leaving her with three categories to choose from.
The pre-telecast ceremony honored "Break My Soul" as the best dance/electronic recording and "Plastic Off the Sofa" as the best traditional R&B performance.
George Solti, a conductor of Hungarian descent, received his final honor in 1998, the year following his passing, setting a record with his 31st Grammy Award.
If he were still alive today, his daughter Claudia Solti claims that her father would be pleased for the singer of "Single Ladies."
She told TMZ that she believes Queen Bey's music accomplishes the same for others that her father's music did for them, which is more than ample cause for celebration.
Claudia added that although though her father probably doesn't understand all the excitement about records and breaking them, she believes he is delighted about the new milestone that has been reached because he enjoyed listening to all types of music.
The music school Georg Solti Academia was founded in Georg's honor, and they also notified the media source that they concur with Claudia.
They said in a statement, "We send our wholehearted congratulations to Beyonce! Throughout his career, Maestro Solti always sought to unite people through music."
"We think he would be thrilled to see audiences from many genres of music coming together to celebrate the achievements of both Beyonce and himself."
Harry Styles Wins Album of the Year Instead of Beyonce
Beyonce set records at the Grammys this year, but she didn't take home the Album of the Year award.
In its place, "Harry House," an album by Harry Styles, won.
Many people were disappointed by the victory since they thought Beyonce's album should have won the top prize for "Renaissance" instead.
People at the Cryto.com Arena could be heard yelling Beyonce's name as Harry ascended the stage. However, the "As It Was" singer was asked if he felt the Queen would win backstage.
"You never know with this stuff."
Numerous individuals online including the one man who was yelling angrily in the crowd didn't take well to the "Don't Worry Darling" actor's win.
