Shakira's recently released diss track aimed at her ex Gerard Pique has gone viral and even peaked at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot Latin Songs.
But apparently, she's been pretty busy in the recording studio as of late, because according to Marca, the "Hips Don't Lie" singer has another song up her sleeve.
Collaborated with Manuel Turizo, some of the lyrics of Shakira's upcoming song were reportedly leaked. Based on what it's about, it seems to be another diss track directed at her football player ex.
The leaked lyrics reportedly go like this: "I've been thirsty for a while, I don't know why / I'm left wanting more and wanting to drink from an empty glass."
The song, like its diss track predecessor, "Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53," is also in Spanish, although it is not confirmed whether the lines are of Shakira's or Turizo's.
It seems like Shakira has been preferring to collaborate with Latin singers and artists more these days, like Bizarrap and Karol G.
Despite the language barrier, fans all over the world are still loving every bit of the drama that is happening between the "She Wolf" singer and Pique.
Shakira's Revenge
However, on the other side of the spectrum, Pique and Marti are not too enthusiastic with all the negative attention they have been receiving since Shakira dropped her first diss track.
According to reports, Shakira is gearing up to release an album inspired by the heartbreak brought by her ex's affairs.
A source revealed: "Her next album is definitely going to be a tell-all record and she won't be shy about letting everyone know what happened."
"She was working on another record before she had suspicions about infidelity, so those songs are being re-written with new endings to give fans a fuller picture of the truth. Those who've heard snippets say it blends Latin, rock, and hip hop and is more empowering than angry."
This might be bad news for the new couple since reports noted that Marti's mental health has suffered greatly due to the online bullying and the paparrazi's constant monitoring.
A Spanish publication wrote: "Clara went to the Hospital Quironsalud, a private clinic located in Barcelona, with the intention that the medical staff maintain her health because of this setback that seriously affected her breathing."
