Megan Fox's Instagram account was permanently deleted hours after her cryptic posts sparked speculations of a split from Machine Gun Kelly. Did the latter cheat on her? Is this the real reason behind this alleged shocking breakup? Have these so-called twin flames ran out of spark?
Machine Gun Kelly Cheats on Megan Fox?
Megan Fox posted an Instagram photo early on February 12 that prompted many to speculate that she and Machine Gun Kelly had split up. "You can taste the dishonesty/ it's all over your breath," she wrote, echoing Beyoncé's 2016 song "Pray You Catch Me" from her album Lemonade.
The post came with a a new mirror selfie of herself wearing a strapless, black top, matching trousers, and a hot pink arm cast to treat her recent wrist injury.
Megan Fox, if truly brokenhearted, refuse to be just insulted with fans' snide remarks though. She replied, "Maybe I got with Sophie," followed by a fire emoji, in response to a fan's remark, "He probably dated Sophie."
Dox also contributed to the breakup rumors by removing MGK photos from her Instagram feed and changing her settings to follow only Harry Styles, Timothée Chalamet, and Eminem.
In addition, Megan uploaded a video of a burning envelope and two additional mirror selfies with her hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos holding the phone in her Instagram post.
Megan Fox Disillusioned with MGK?
A "City of Phoenix"-labeled soap dispenser is also visible. Megan published her status update hours before she and the musician attended Drake's Super Bowl 2023 party at Hanger 1 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Outside, the pair was caught walking while holding hands. Following MGK's headlining Coors Light Bird's Nest concert series appearance at the 2023 Waste Management Phoenix Open, the celebration took place.
As he continued to sing, his hair stood on end from what appeared to be static or an electric charge. On his Instagram Story, he uploaded a fan's video of the moment with the caption, "Yooo. Electrocution caused my hair to stand on end."
The actress and MGK attended the 2023 Grammy Awards on February 5, prior to Super Bowl Weekend. His first Grammy nomination, for Best Rock Album, went to Ozzy Osbourne.
Megan still feel proud of MGK then though. She even paid respect to the musician two days later on Instagram, writing, "Congratulations on being in the very small percentage of artists who have received a Grammy nomination. You have handled this process with a grace and maturity that I haven't seen from you before and I'm so proud of you."
This post has now been deleted by the actress. Was it done out of disillusionment?
Meanwhile, it appears that MGK is unfazed - he has not reacted at all.
