Rege-Jean Page fell awkwardly outside the star-studded Charles Finch x Chanel pre-BAFTA dinner in London.

The 34-year-old Bridgerton actor and singer fell when he arrived at the sumptuous celebration at 5 Hertford Street in advance of Sunday's award presentation. Despite he is rumored to be vying for the role of James Bond, he failed to grasp the suave 007 entrance after tumbling off the sidewalk.

He arrived at the glittering event with his girlfriend Emily Brown and followed her in as they prepared to mingle with the celebrities. But unbeknownst to his partner, who appeared to continue walking while conversing with him, Rege tripped and fell over the curb.

The actor appeared unable of avoiding the gruesome fall, as he landed squarely on his behind. Yet, he appeared to find the humor, as he was observed giggling before getting himself up and delivering an odd, wide-eyed stare to the camera.

After recuperating from his funny fall, Rege was spotted posing for significantly more handsome photographs at the opulent occasion. He looked sharp in a blush pink suit and a white T-shirt, which he paired with a pair of white slip-on loafers. Emily, with whom he conceals his relationship, seemed gorgeous in a strapless white gown adorned with white flower decorations. They were first spotted together in public in February 2021 outside their shared London residence, and their relationship has only grown stronger since then.

Emily is a freelance copywriter who has received commissions from Nike, Converse, and Uber, among others. With Daniel Craig's departure from the role of James Bond following the 2022 release of No Time to Die, Rege turned down the opportunity to play the character.

Unknown to most, except his most avid fans, the actor is also a singer.

The 31-year-old British actor lent his voice to an Audible adaptation of Neil Gaiman's The Sandman. In a clip shared via the audiobook company's Twitter account on Thursday, October 7, Page put his smooth vocals on display while singing in Greek.

"It turns out that Regé-Jean Page is not only an excellent actor and an outrageously good-looking chap, he also sings like an angel," co-executive producer and director of the audio play Dirk Maggs said at the time, in the preview. "And I've got to say, it still sends shivers up my spine."
