Louis Tomlinson is bearing his soul for the first time through his upcoming documentary "All of Those Voices."

Tomlinson's solo career began the day One Direction announced what was supposed to be an 18-month hiatus.

Despite being a member of one of the biggest boy groups in the world, he struggled with finding his own identity as a solo artist.

"I thought, for me, it was the band or nothing," he said. It was hard for me to imagine myself on my own. I didn't see a way back, not even musically - just to do anything."

The newly-released trailed shows clips of the singer, as well as clips from back in the day when he was part of the group.

The documentary "All of Those Voices" will include behind-the-scenes from the making of his debut studio album "Walls", to the sell-out world tour in support of it, as well as the behind-the-scenes of Tomlinson's sophomore album "Faith in the Future."

Fans can expect to see a different side of the "Written All Over Your Face" singer, as the documentary will make away with "the typical glossy sheen of celebrity documentaries," and instead, show fans exactly the pain and struggles he went through as he looked for his identity.

Additionally, the statement released note that "'All Of Those Voices' offers a unique perspective on what it's like to be a musician in today's fast-paced world."

According to reports, it will premiere on Mar. 22 worldwide, but for a limited time only.

Solo Career

After grappling with which direction to head towards after the groups' split, Tomlinson explained that he eventually found his niche and the genre he really gravitated towards.

"I started to feel like, oh, maybe I do have some individual worth," Tomlinson said. "What about making some music on me own?"

Unlike the other One Direction alums, Tomlinson took his time releasing his first album, aside from the pressures of his career, he also struggled with personal problems, like losing his mother.

However, before she died, she gave him some advice that he carries on to this day.

"It does kind of feel like, finally, the stars might be aligning for me," he continued. "I think, dare I say, I'm ready."

"I finally feel worthy of where I am and what I'm doing. Welcome to my world."
