Paris Hilton is a new mother, but she has no plans to stop there! It's clear though that if she's to have a second child, it will be through surrogacy as well.

When questioned if her age had a role in her decision to have children via surrogate, she denied that it did. She stated that she would still use a surrogate at any age.

"I'm just so scared, I think, again, leading back to Provo of even being in a doctor's office, just all of that. The shots, the IVs that they put in. When I was in The Simple Life, I had to be in a room when a woman was giving birth and that traumatized me as well. But I want a family so bad, it's just the physical part of doing it." she shared.

She however said that for her, giving birth is actually like death, in that both strike deep fear in her. "I'm just so scared... childbirth and death are the two things that scare me more than anything in the world."

Meanwhile, The 42-year-old hotel heiress and superstar has admitted to saving 20 male embryos for the future. And she has already undergone a second round of IVF (in vitro fertilization) in an attempt to have a daughter.

She said she and Carter had been discussing the future prior to the shutdown, so she asked him what he thinks about them making embryos. The "Stars Are Blind" singer said in an interview published on February 23 by Glamour U.K that her husband responded yes. In fact, they made so many, they now have 20 boys.

She acknowledges, though, that she and her husband Carter Reum (who had Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum through surrogacy in January) are also hoping for a girl.

She explained that she recently went through the process again a month ago, so she's awaiting the results to see if there are any girls.

The gorgeous new mother also revealed that her 42-year-old best friend Kim Kardashian gave her guidance on her surrogacy process.

Hilton explained that she's using the same doctor, Dr. Huang, who is the greatest, and he has a concierge staff that handles everything and conducts interviews with surrogates to ensure their health.

The star added that they are currently in the middle of everything, so it's a lot.

Paris has previously reported that during her tenure at a Utah boarding school, pupils were assaulted and blood samples were taken.
