This is not a drill; Hozier just announced that his new EP, titled "Eat Your Young," will be released this coming year!
The official announcement came days after Hozier posted a photo of himself with the name of the extended play.
Fans initially expected that it was a new Hozier album, but the recent tweet just confirms that it would be an extended play.

Hozier New EP 'Eat Your Young' Tracklist
Hozier's new EP "Eat Your Young" tracklist will be composed of three tracks.
- Eat Your Young
- All Things End
- Through Me (The Flood)
It is expected that either one of the three tracks would be released earlier than the EP release date or none at all, meaning all of Hozier's "Eat Your Young" EP tracks will be released all at the same time.
Hozier New EP 'Eat Your Young'
The new Hozier EP "Eat Your Young" will be his seventh extended play overall, but it would be proceeding his last project, "Wasteland, Baby!" which was released last 2019.
"Wasteland, Baby!" launched atop the Billboard 200 and Ireland albums chart, making it his second consecutive album to debut at the first and second spot at the all-genre blending charts in the United States.
As for Hozier's extended plays, "Nina Cried Power," released in 2018, debuted at No. 60 on the Billboard 200 charts. "Eat Your Young" will be Hozier's first new music in three years.
Hozier 2023 Ireland Concert
Apart from announcing the Hozier New EP "Eat Your Young," the Irish crooner is also set to stage his first Irish concert in years. Held at Malahide Castle, Dublin, Hozier's 2023 Irish concert will be on Jun. 30, 2023.
Hozier enlisted the Australian blues rock band, The Teskey Brothers, to accompany him on his first Ireland concert on June 2023.
