This month, Kodak Black allegedly broke his release conditions by failing a drug test, prompting police in Florida to seek his arrest.
According to recent court documents acquired by TMZ, a judge issued an arrest warrant for Kodak on Thursday, which was just submitted yesterday in Broward County court.
According to the paperwork, Kodak is to be arrested if he is encountered by sheriff's deputies. Per the judge, he was found to have made two mistakes in recent weeks.
On February 3, the agency he is required to report to for random drug testing asserts he missed a screening and did not provide a sample on that date. The following week, on February 8, the same agency states that Kodak did provide a sample, but that it returned soiled. According to them, he tested positive for residues of fentanyl, although the amount is unknown.
This was sufficient for a judge to order law enforcement to apprehend him. If apprehended, he will be held without bond until his next hearing in this Oxy case from the previous year. Kodak was arrested in July for possession of a prohibited narcotic without a prescription and trafficking after police said they discovered more than 31 oxycodone tablets in his car during a Ft. Lauderdale traffic stop.

He posted a $75,000 bond and was released, but he was required to maintain a urine-free environment. As far as most people are aware, Kodak has not yet been selected for a new mugshot, despite the fact that he appeared unhappy in his previous one.
In another news, Drake's partnership with 21 Savage on their 2022 joint project "Her Loss" has dissuaded Kodak Black from collaborating with him.
"I had told Drake I don't wanna do no collab," Kodak said during a recent livestream. "No songs or no album. 'Cause we supposed to done did a whole album before him a lil' buddy."
"Little' Friend" is a reference to 21 Savage, who engaged in dispute with Kodak last year after boasting he would "smoke" the Florida rapper in a Verzuz duel.
"Before him and lil' buddy did that shit," Kodak continued. "I had told him I wanted to wait [until] like, 2023. Like, after February."
Kodak most recently hinted at a potential collaboration with Drake during his Kodak Black Day music festival last summer. "Me and Drake, we got some more music," Kodak said. "It's really on like whenever bruh might feel like he ready and stuff. They be like, 'Is we gon' drop the album? We gon' do this?' It's really on him. We got a lot of songs though."
