Singer-actress and former model Cybill Shepherd sparked concerns with her "frail look" during her recent rare outing.

Photos of Shepherd in public stirred massive worries as the former Hollywood glamor girl seemingly began using a cane while walking. Daily Mail shared exclusive photos of the "frail-looking" star as she struggled to walk without assistance while spending some time with her dogs.

The photos were taken in her neighborhood in Los Angeles Wednesday, with the publication describing her looking downcast in the public appearance.

The new photos made the anxieties worse as her friends reportedly started fearing for her health. Insiders recently claimed she could no longer be without a cane or someone to lean on.

According to unnamed sources, the "Blue Moon" singer might be suffering from an advanced case of arthritis after seeing her struggle to walk down a New York City street.

"Her decline is so sad and tragic," a source said. "She was once a Hollywood bombshell with a body and beauty to die for, but now she looks bloated and frail and has trouble moving without assistance."

One doctor named Dr. Gabe Mirkin, who has never had a consultation with the star, said that she is "definitely courting catastrophe."

Shepherd has not addressed the concerns yet. But her health concerns rose after the health of her former "Moonlighting" co-star, singer-actor Bruce Willis, deteriorated.

Cybill Shepherd's Co-Star Bruce Willis Diagnosed With FTD

Shepherd and Willis previously worked together in the TV series "Moonlighting" from 1985 to 1989.

Amid recent concerns about Shepherd's health, Willis and his family are also getting tested following his FTD diagnosis.

FTD, or frontotemporal dementia, is an incurable, progressive brain disorder that occurs when the nerve cells in the frontal and temporal lobes of a person's brain are lost. Thus, the affected lobes begin to shrink.

Alzheimer's Foundation of America's Medical, Scientific and Memory Screening Advisory Board member Dr. Allison Reiss said its prognosis is similar to that of Alzheimer's.

The singer-actor received the diagnosis months after he learned that he had aphasia. The disorder then progressed and became FTD.

With Bruce Willis' health diagnosis, his friends and fans hope that it would raise awareness regarding the disease. They also hoped it would soon get research funded.

Meanwhile, his family has since expressed how grateful they are to receive such support from fans.

"We have been so moved by the love you have all shared for our dear husband, father, and friend during this difficult time," the family went on. "Your continued compassion, understanding, and respect will enable us to help Bruce live as full a life as possible."
