Throughout the years, the "Late Late Show with James Corden" has featured countless of musicians on the segment "Carpool Karaoke" where artists were invited to sing songs from their music catalog. Fans have been waiting for SZA to be the next star to sit on the passenger's side along with the host, but it appears that she wasted the opportunity.
Speaking to an interview with Alternative Press, the "Kill Bill" hitmaker revealed she was invited to participate on the popular segment, but had to turn down the offer as she was afraid of being watched by millions of people worldwide.
"scared of being on camera, looking bad, sounding bad and being perceived," she noted. (via Uproxx)
When asked if show producers reach out to her in the near future to perform her latest album "SOS," it appears that the musician has found her confidence in recent years as she would love to sing alongside Corden in an episode.
"I really have to remind myself this is my moment in the sun, and I have to take every opportunity because this s**** may never happen again," she added.
