Nicki Minaj is back, and she's coming back hard!
The Queen of Rap just released her newest single, "Red Ruby Da Sleeze," a stand-alone single. This is her first solo song since she released "Super Freaky Girl in 2022.
"Red Ruby Da Sleeze" hit streaming platforms and iTunes earlier today, after Minaj teased it on her social media accounts during her brief hiatus.
Minaj recently went a trip back home in Trinidad and Tobago to attend the country's annual festival, reuniting with family members and other artists there.
'Red Ruby Da Sleeze' Lyrics Explained
"Red Ruby Da Sleeze's" cover art has been teased in the past few weeks by Minaj, where she is seen donning her iconic Chun-Li asian buns on her half red-half pink hair while wearing a vintage Jean Paul Gaultier dress.
Only on them Cs if it's breeze, Red Ruby da Sleeze, Chinese on my sleeves, These wanna be Chun Li's, Anyway, nǐ hǎo," Minaj rapped. Who the fuck told bitches they was me now? I knew these bitches was slow, I ain't know these bitches senile, Married a shooter, case you niggas tried to breathe loud, Boom your face off then I tell him cease fire."
Like "Super Freaky Girl," Minaj sampled a rather older track on her new single. Minaj credited Lumidee for her track "Never Leave You (Uh Oooh, Uh Oooh)," which was sampled on the song. As for "Super Freaky Girl, she interpolated Rick Ross' iconic "Super Freak."
