On Saturday night, Harry Styles stunned his fans at Accor Stadium Australia by inviting singer Daryl Braithwaite to his "Love on Tour" Sydney gig.
The "As It Was" singer was in the middle of his second set when he summoned Daryl to the stage.
As Daryl approached the stage, the Grammy-winning singer bowed to the Aussie classic before performing a duet of his popular song "The Horses."
As the performers embraced one another before singing the legendary song, the audience exploded in applause.
On Twitter, a video of the historic performance was shared online with the official Accor Stadium captioning it with, "It's a Where Were You Moment in Australian entertainment history!"
"Pop icon Harry Styles has brought the curtain down on his tour in Australia with an amazing duo with Aussie legend Daryl Braithwaite belting out a rendition of 'The Horses' in front of 70k fans."
"Telling fans he had waited seven years to get the opportunity to do it, Braithwaite joined Styles on stage near the end of his brilliant Saturday night show."
A fan who attended the show told Honey9 that Harry Styles said after their duet, "I've been wanting to do that for seven years, boyhood dream complete."
He paid Harry "the ultimate praise" at his "Love on Tour" show in another TikTok video.
Daryl may be seen in the video carrying a placard from a fan that reads, "I had a ticket to see Harry but I choose you instead."
Daryl Braithwaite also expressed his delight on Facebook, calling it an "amazing night."
"Harry Styles is so excellent at what he does, and they adored him," the singer said. The night had utterly overpowered me. Thank you, Harry and his soldiers."
On the Australian leg of Harry Styles' "Love on Tour," he assisted one couple in getting engaged, assisted a pregnant fan with a gender reveal revealing she was carrying a baby girl, did a "shoey" in Perth, and wore a Bunning's hat in Melbourne.
Harry Styles is already on his way to New Zealand, where he will perform in Auckland next week.
