Fivio Foreign was expected to perform once again at the highly anticipated Hip-Hop festival, Rolling Loud, but he could not make it.

The rapper took to social media to address his absence: "Apologize to [Rolling Loud] & everybody who came out to see me."

"I ain't make it. My first time missing a show and I feel so crazy about it but my body dealing with some real issues. Juss [sic] keep me in yah prayers & I'll hit Tariq up to make it up."

Although he did not really disclose what exactly was the health issues he is dealing with, several reports notes that it might have something to do with his mental health.

According to Complex, back in February, Foreign opened up about his struggle with depression, trauma, and anxiety.

"The reason people deal [with] depression and trauma and anxiety is cause they tryna take care of the things [that] should b taken care of," he wrote in a social media post. "I don't ignore my problems, I fix them."

He followed up his first post with another, "Ok lemme resay [sic] it for the people [that] don't get it... The folks [that] don't go above and beyond to handle [their] responsibilities b less [depressed] [than] us [that] do."

This is not the first time Foreign has openly talked about his mental health, in fact, he has been pretty candid with it recently.

He tweeted: "Scratch [that]... I'm not healed. I'm depressed."

However, despite the weight he bears, the rapper still manages to carry on-mostly because of one thing: his passion for music.

"Hip-Hop means everything," he said. "When I was growing up and coming outside, it molded me. Taught me how to move and live, dress and feel. It almost means everything to me."

After apologizing for missing Rolling Loud, Foreign took to social media once again to appease his fans and ease their worries by announcing that he has plans of releasing new music.

"Don't worry gangsta, I'm dropping in April," he replied to a tweet sent by Meek Mills, who wrote: "It's not really a lot of new flame to listen to!"

This year's Rolling Lous took place at the Hollywood Park Grounds in California over the weekend.

It saw performances from Travis Scott, Lil Wayne, Blueface, Future, Polo G, Sheck Wes, Don Toliver, Lil Baby, 2 Chainz, Lil Uzi Vert, Ice Spice, Nicki Minaj, and more.
