After taking down villains the other week, Fox's "The Masked Singer" entered the magical block as they had "Sesame Street" as this week's theme.
In doing so, the popular music competition sent home two of the beloved acts, both of whom are beloved international figures in the entertainment industry.
Who is Squirrel on 'The Masked Singer'?
The Squirrel was the first masked singer who went home earlier this week at "The Masked Singer."
After she performed "Just The Two of Us" by Grover Washington Jr, the Squirrel was unmasked - it was revealed that it was Swedish-American actress, Malin Akerman.
Akerman was known for her roles in "The Utopian Society," "Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle" "The Comeback," "The Heartbreak Kid," "27 Dresses," "The Invasion" and "Watchmen," where she was nominated for a Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress.
The actress switched lanes from acting, modeling, and even music. She was the lead vocalist of the alternative rock band The Petalstones in the early 2000s, but she eventually ditched it to pursue her career in acting.
Asked why she decided to perform on "The Masked Singer," Akerman confessed to being a big fan of the show. Apparently, watching the show is one of the many joys she shares with her son.
"Everyone dreams of being a rock star," she added. "It's such an honor to be here."
Who is Jackalope on 'The Masked Singer'?
The Jackalope channeled Shakira with all her might by performing her hit song "Whenever Wherever." But it wasn't until after she lost to The Fairy at the Battle Royal round that they dueted "On Top Of The World" by Imagine Dragons.
However, the Fairy won the battle - leaving the Jackalope to become eliminated, thus, the reveal.
After she gracefully unmasked herself, it was revealed to be singer and social media personality, Lele Pons.
The Venezuelan-American YouTuber, actress, and singer shot to fame on Vine before the well-loved platform was taken down in 2016. She was the most followed female user on the platform and the 3rd most followed user with a whopping 11.5 million followers.
"I love to do new things," Pons revealed why she came to "The Masked Singer". "I don't like to repeat stuff so, I'm here now and I don't know where I'll be tomorrow."
