It looks like a Coachella-esque music festival with rock acts is about to hit the United States, and the inaugural lineup is something that any rock fan could ever dream of!

Goldenvoice Productions, the festival organizers behind Coachella and Stagecoach Festival, is introducing Power Trip Festival, to be held on the same 78-acre field at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

Power Trip Festival 2023 Date

According to Variety sources, The 2023 Power Trip Festival date is reported to be somewhere in October 2023.

Hits Daily Double initially reported the upcoming festival thanks to a "remarkably unsubtle" video teaser posted by various rock acts.

Power Trip Festival 2023 Headliners

Among the hard rock acts who posted the same teaser with their band logos on it were Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, AC/DC, Guns N' Roses, Tool, and Iron Maiden.

The teasers are hard to miss, considering they have used imagery suggesting that it would really happen on the same grounds as Coachella.

From the stacked amplifiers, the valley on the "Power" poster, the Gibson electric guitar, and the cactus that was makeshift to become a "devil horns," - the teaser is very suggestive that it would probably be a hard rock event that no fan could ever miss.

Power Trip Festival 2023 Details

According to the festival's Instagram page, more Power Trip Festival details might be announced on Mar. 30, 2023.

The Scenestar, a Los Angeles-based music blog, revealed that the Power Trip Festival 2023 would take place on Oct. 6, 7, and 8, 2023.

Guns N' Roses and Iron Maiden are said to be performing on Friday, Oct. 6, 2023, AC/DC and Osbourne on Oct. 7, 2023, on Saturday, as Metallica and Tool on Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023.

In the past, the headliner acts for Power Trip Festival have already performed together before. Guns N' Roses and Iron Maiden played together before as Metallica and Guns N' Roses as headliners in a 1992 tour.

Axl Rose even filled in for Brian Johnson 2016 for AC/DC's US tour in 2016.
