Ace Frehley just gave Paul Stanley an ultimatum after the latter made damaging comments about him and drummer, Peter Criss.

During Stanley's appearance on "The Howard Stern Show" earlier this month, Howard Stern asked him why he and Gene Simmons did not perform with the ex-original KISS members at the band's Rock Hall induction.

Stanley said the organizers wanted them with the two "original guys." However, they disapproved of it, believing it would cause confusion. If it happened, he suggested the band be called PISS instead.

Ace Frehley Wants Paul Stanley To Apologize Within 7 Days

Frehley warned Stanley he would spill his dirt if he does not offer an apology statement within a week.

He told SiriusXM's "Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk" that he is willing to go live and read a "120-page manuscript" if Stanley fails to issue a formal apology and retraction.

"And if I don't get that within seven days I'm coming back on Ed Trunk's show - if you'll have me, Ed - and I'm going to tell some dirt that nobody knows about Paul and Gene, that I've always kept to myself because I'm the kind of guy who doesn't talk about this. I like to talk about positive stuff," he went on.

Frehley said both Stanley and Simmons threw people under the bus and that the manuscript in question is being kept in a safety deposit box.

He told the host that if anything happens to him, his attorney will release it to several publications, including The New York Times and Rolling Stone.

As for the severity of the "dirt," Frehley added that the KISS members' careers would be ruined once the manuscript is out.

KISS Manager, Gene Simmons, and Paul Stanley Wanted Ace Frehley To Play Again

Although both Frehley and Criss did not perform at the Rock Hall, he revealed that he had a conference call with KISS' manager Doc McGhee, Simmons, and Stanley, during which the trio asked him to play with the band.

However, he did not like the idea of standing on the same stage as the current KISS guitarist, Tommy Thayer, if he is also wearing his makeup.

"You expect me to wear makeup. There will be two Spacemen. Are you crazy? I'll do it if it's just us four - the original founding members who created something very special," he went on.

Amid the feud, he expressed his desire to perform with Stanley and Simmons again at KISS' final shows in New York City in December.
