Neighbors of Flo Rida's six-year-old son stated they could not believe he survived a five-story fall from a New Jersey apartment window. It can be recalled that six-year-old Zohar Dillard remains in the intensive care unit after sustaining several fractures, a liver laceration, internal hemorrhage, and collapsed lungs. What's astounding though is that Flo Rida is quiet about the incident - no reactions at all.
Flo Rida's Son Fell From the 5th Floor
The 4 March incident was disclosed in a lawsuit filed by Zohar's mother, Alexis Adams, against the apartment complex's owners and managers, a construction business, and a window installer. She asserts that windows on the structure presented a hazard that allowed the incident to occur.
Tramar Lacel Dillard, also known as Flo Rida, has yet to comment on the incident or the lawsuit. The lawsuit demands compensation for damages, attorney fees, and Zohar's medical expenses. It asserts that the building owners, managers, and maintenance companies neglected to put the proper window guards on the apartment windows. It is asserted that Zohar was "seriously injured," would incur treatment costs, and "has been disabled and will continue to be disabled and unable to perform his usual functions."

The lawsuit says that Zohar "has been and will be caused great pain and suffering, to his great loss and damage, and will suffer great physical and mental pain and suffering in the future."
Flo Rida Thinks Son is 'Evil?'
In a report by DailyMail back in 2018, it was revealed that the rapper refuses to meet his child, who has a rare neurological disease, and referred to him as a "evil f**king child." Before a DNA test proved a 99.9 percent match that Flo Rida was the father, he also disputed that Zohar was his kid.
According to the latest lawsuit, Zohar's last name is Dillard, the same as his father's, but he is also known as Zohar Paxton. She stated at the time that Flo Rida has only seen his son once during the paternity test while wearing sunglasses and turning his back.
Moreover, the dad made no attempt to hug Zohar. It was quite cold.
Alexis' legal struggle with Flo Rida was ongoing in 2018 because, according to her attorney,'she does not feel the support is sufficient for a child with special needs' despite the fact that the rapper paid for his son's medical insurance and offered an undisclosed amount of monthly child support. Zohar suffers from hydrocephalus, a neurological disorder characterized by an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid within the brain's cavities. Variable symptoms include abnormal head growth, nausea, vomiting, headache, and eyesight issues.
Due to the incurable disease, Zohar has had countless doctor's appointments, tests, and ultrasounds since birth.
