Paul Stanley is not bothered by former KISS member Ace Frehley's ultimatum.

Frehley issued an ultimatum to Stanley after the KISS frontman said the band would be called PISS instead if they performed with the ex-original KISS members at the band's Rock Hall induction. The former bandmate warned he would ruin Stanley and Simmons' career with the damning 120-page manuscript if he would not meet his demand for a public apology within seven days.

But Stanley did not bulge even a little.

What Paul Stanley Replied to Ace Frehley's Ultimatum Revealed

Eddie Trunk of "Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk" revealed in the April 4 episode of the series that he spoke to Frehley after the former KISS member's appearance in March.

Frehley told him that Stanley contacted him after the show via phone call. He reportedly said that his former bandmate might finally be calling to apologize or explain why he said the PISS comment. He said that he was also expecting words from him like he probably meant it more toward Peter Criss than him.

But instead of an apology, the rhythm guitarist offered him an unbelievable response.

"Instead of an apology, I got a five-second phone call, 'F**k you Ace, I'm not going to apologize,' and hung up. He wasn't even man enough to give me a rebuttal and explain why I'm so upset or anything like that," Frehley went on.

He told Trunk that the email messages he sent him, screenshots from Verizon, also showed that the call only lasted five seconds.

Frehley also spoke with KISS manager, Doc McGhee, who denied that Stanley called him.

After the incident, he warned that the matter could be taken to court for defamation due to the damages the PISS comment caused so far.

Will Ace Frehley Release the Manuscript To End Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons' Careers?

As Frehley's ultimatum was not met, questions about whether he would release the manuscript emerged.

In the previous interview, he revealed that the 120-page manuscript is being kept in a safety deposit box. It reportedly contains the members' "dirt" that could compromise the KISS members' careers.

Although Stanley did not apologize to him, Frehley was reportedly told not to release it and "sink to their level."
