Drake is one of the best-selling rappers of this generation, and his impressive chart-topping discography is proof of that.
The "Shots Taken" podcast decided to take a closer look into the rapper's bodies of work.
"I was watching this guy go viral on Tiktok," one of the podcast hosts said. "Saying that Drake has no classic album."
While they were talking about which albums of the Canadian native could be considered a classic, the topic of which album is the worst came up.
"What is Drake's worst project?" Asked the podcast host.
That's when Drake's 2018 album "Scorpion" was brought up.
'Scorpio'
"Scorpion" is the Canadian rapper's fifth studio album, it is a double album that boasts a whopping 25 tracks.
It was produced by Drake himself, and is the home of some of his most iconic singles, "God's Plan" and "Nice For What."
Although it might have been regarded by critics with lukewarm reception, it is a well-loved album among fans.
That's also probably why one of the hosts added, "If you compare him to other artists, this is probably still a better album than a lot of people's albums."
Drake Ends The Debate
Drake took to Instagram and commented under the "Shots Taken" podcast's highlight and commented what he thought about his own album.
"Gods Plan, In My Feelings, Nice For What, Nonstop, Jaded, Is There More, Sandra's Rose, That's How You, Feel, Emotionless...... slappppps on [Scorpio emoji]," he wrote.
Although it should he noted that Drake never really said if "Scorpion" falls short compared to his other works like "Honestly, Nevermind," "Views," Certified Lover Boy," and more.
However, according to reports, "Scorpion" debuted atop the Billboard 200 chart, with 732,000 album equivalent units in the first week alone.
While some may consider it as the rapper's worst album, fans still seem to really enjoy the album.
Drake is one of the most highly regarded artists, and his music is among the most streamed on music streaming platforms like Spotify.
He is a recipient of several awards and accolades, including Grammy Awards, Brit Awards, American Music Awards, Juno Awards, and more.
Despite boasting several awards in music, the rapper actually began to make a name for himself as an actor.
By age 15, he got a role in "Degrassi: The Next Generation."
