One of the instructors suing Kanye West over his Donda Academy has stated that parents should be concerned when their children attempt to move to another school owing to a lack of sufficient education.

Cecilia Hailey, a former Donda school district teacher, advises parents to be cautious.

In an interview with TMZ, she stated that many kids are lagging behind in their studies, but relocation will not necessarily address this problem.

Cecilia shares her dissatisfaction with her current status at an unaccredited institution, claiming that transfer may be a difficult procedure owing to the grading system.

Knowing that the pupils will be far behind in their academics, Cecilia has grown more anxious about their futures.

Cecilia and her daughter were fired from their teaching posts at Donda after citing institutional difficulties and prejudice inside the university, as previously reported by the site.

Despite being listed in the complaint, Kanye West's participation with the school's present troubles is called into doubt, according to Cecilia.

She identified several issues at Donda Academy, including a lack of seats, closed front doors, and a lack of lesson preparations. Additionally, she highlighted worries regarding sushi being the sole item on the lunch menu.

The former teacher further emphasized how unusual it was that the curriculum omitted important issues like the Holocaust. There was no Black History Month commemoration.

More Donda Academy Controversy

Kanye West planned to establish a Christian preparatory private school to help pupils develop into the "next generation of leaders."

Unfortunately, charges have been made forth accusing West of encouraging a culture of bullying within the institution.

Documents acquired by Rolling Stone suggest that two former instructors of the school have begun legal action citing a culture of intimidation, inadequate health and safety measures, and practices harmful to student welfare.

Cecilia Hailey and her daughter Chekarey Byers have sued Donda Academy, claiming that their firing last month was unwarranted. They also claim to have faced racial discrimination and to have been underpaid by thousands of dollars.

According to their lawyer, "Kanye West is clearly as bad at running a school as he is at managing his own personal and professional life, enabling an unsafe and illegal school environment for students that also discriminated against the plaintiffs based on their race."
