Doja Cat is known to troll her fans about her album online that's why many Twitter users are confused whether she was serious about her sentiments on her account over the past few days.
More recently, the rapper claimed she's quitting music as creating songs makes her sadder every day; could this be true?
After announcing that she won't be making pop music anymore, the musician, whose real name is Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, shared a post, saying her upcoming album will not be titled "Hellmouth" anymore and it's going to focus on rock and spoken work titled "Moist Holes." (via Hot New Hip Hop)
Following this, the California-based musician said the new title will revolve around a "French conceptual experimental country/bohemian fusion. However, it appears that the singer was only joking about her initial post as she wrote "just kidding."
Minutes later, the "I Don't Do Drugs" hitmaker declared, "I quit music," before ultimately tweeting, "Jk I quit. I'm done with this music s*** it's only making me sadder every day. I can't take it anymore."
As of this writing, the musician did not give any information whether she was only joking about quitting music or not.
Doja Cat Not Making Pop Music Anymore?
The recent rant comes a day after the singer, yet again, took to the social media platform, to confirm that she will no longer make pop music and her new album will not contain tracks under the genre, but rather, the record will focus on all rap songs.
In her next post, Doja said she agrees with the criticsm and negative comments about her rapping skills as it's "mid and corny."
"I wasnt trying to prove anything I just enjoy making music but I'm getting tired of hearing yall say that i can't so I will," she added.

A few days ago, the singer shared screenshot of what appears to be unreleased songs for her new album. The said tracks on the photo include "Balut," "Agora Hills," and "Wet V*****."
She also held a short Q&A for fans, confirming that her new album will have 10 new songs along with five bonus ones.
