Post seizure, Chris Brown is healthy and recovering with dropped charges from his hit-and-run case which was just dismissed, according to TMZ.
Although, the "victim" claimed that she didn't want money from Brown and wanted to drop the charges, the L.A. City Attorney wanted to pursue the case because Brown was aggressive towards the plaintiff after the fender bender calling her a "bitch."
The City Attorney argued Brown was on probation and he should have been punished for leaving the scene without giving his license information. The judge eventually dismissed the case.
Mark Geragos Brown's attorney told TMZ, "The case never should have been filed in the first place. It's unfortunate he was being prosecuted for who he is rather than what he's done."
MStars News previously reported:
Chris Brown will not be prosecuted in the hit-and-run after being charged in May for leaving the scene of a minor car accident without giving his identification.
The other driver, Olga Gure-Kovalenko doesn't want the singer to be prosecuted and Chris' attorney, Mark Geragos, submitted a legal file to have the charges dropped.
According to TMZ, Freddy Sayegh, Olga's lawyer, says that his client doesn't want any money since there wasn't and damage to her or her vehicle.
L.A. City Attorney did not agree to dropping the charges yet and eve so, Chris could still be charged with driving without a valid California license
