"Sometimes, it's not rejection -- it's redirection," Becky G told a very rapt audience.

Becky G Addresses Cheating Rumors

During her performance at the 2023 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Becky G addressed the infidelity allegations surrounding her fiance Sebastian Lletget.

At one point during her performance on Friday, the singer appeared to make a reference to the turmoil surrounding Lletget, who admitted last month that he "disrespected" Becky G in the wake of cheating allegations.

Becky G told the Coachella audience that sometimes things don't go according to plans, but this is not necessarily a bad thing but a mere redirection.

Following her remark, the 26-year-old performed "MAMIII," a collaboration with Karol G, while wearing a short, blue sequined dress.

Fans also noted that Becky G did not appear to be sporting her engagement ring on social media. Last month, Becky G's fiancé addressed rumors that he had been unfaithful to the "Shower" vocalist.

Meanwhile, it is apparent that Becky G wanted to ensure that her Coachella performance reflected her complete evolution since her 2013 debut single, "Becky From the Block."

She describes a "rebirth" in her life and career as a result of honoring that. Becky G brought out all the stops during her Friday afternoon performance on the Coachella main stage. Her minimalist, multicolored set design was influenced by the Mexican architect Luis Barragán. She paid tribute to her early career by concluding her performance with a surprise rendition of "Shower." Moreover, she shared the stage with fellow Mexicans Peso Pluma, Marca MP, and Fuerza Régida's Jess Ortiz Paz in an inspiring display of national pride.

The entirety of Becky's performance was deliberate. She began her performance with "Mayores," the Bad Bunny collaboration that transformed her from an adolescent pop star to an independent young reggaetón artist. The performances then transitioned to "Fulanito," from her 2022 album Esquemas, before she concluded the high-energy first act with "Bailé Con Mi Ex." Becky swiftly slipped onto Dodger Blue's sombrero. Becky refers to Selena Quintanilla as the first crossover "rule-breaker," and the accessory complemented her bejeweled sapphire bra perfectly. And with that look, a multitude of visitors joined her msica Mexicana "carne asada." Marca MP's first foray into msica Mexicana was the sorrow ballad "Ya Acabó," performed by Marca MP.

Next up was Fuerza Régida's JOP, who performed "Te Quiero Besar" with Becky before launching into his group's top-charting single "Bebé Dame." Peso Pluma, the Jalisco-born corridos phenomenon, closed out the Mexican music acts by performing their collaboration "Chanel" and his own song "PRC."

Pluma told Rolling Stone that he was "excited and grateful" that Becky invited him to perform with her. Becky began the concluding portion of her performance with her mambo single "Arranca. The Dominican star Natti Natasha then accompanied her on "Sin Pijama." Becky performed the Karol G-assisted hit "Mamiii," interpolating it with the Fugees and Lauryn Hill's "Killing Me Softly With His Song."

Becky performed a rendition of her breakthrough hit "Shower" in front of a bathtub, which soothed the audience's inner child, just as the audience believed the performance was over. Niceeee!!

After allegations of infidelity began to circulate online, professional soccer player Lletget issued a lengthy statement on Instagram on March 27, claiming that a "10-minute lapse in judgment" led to a "extortion plot."

The 30-year-old athlete added that the situation's "chaos" and "pain" have "forced me to face the consequences of my actions, my fears, and my past lapses." Lletget wrote that he intends to "commit to a mental health program in order to heal the parts of myself that are most in need of healing."
