Ed Sheeran seemed unstoppable and unfazed, considering the stress and pressure of having his album roll out while embroiled in a high-profile legal headache with the late music icon Marvin Gaye.

Despite this, Ed Sheeran continues with the massive rollout of his last album for his mathematics era - "Subtract (-)." The 14-track project was co-produced by The National's Aaron Dessner.

The announcement of Ed Sheeran's "Subtract" tour coincides with the album's release, which was considerably less compared to his previous tour. This could probably mean many things - it could be to spend more time with her wife Cherry and even prepare more for the high-stakes trial, should it last longer than expected.

Ed Sheeran Marvin Gaye Copyright Infringement Trial

Last week, a musicologist affirmed that Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" sounded similar to the contested Marvin Gaye hit "Let's Get It On."

To prove his innocence of allegedly infringing on the classic song, Sheeran even pulled out a guitar in the Manhattan courtroom while recalling the exact moment they came about with the song, disproving it was copied from the Gaye hit.
