Fifty percent of Stephen "tWitch" Boss' monetary earnings will be given to his wife.
tWitch died by suicide at a hotel on Dec. 13, hours after he checked into the facility, which is only a 14-minute walk from his Los Angeles home. Upon his death, authorities found out he did not leave any will, leading his wife, Allison Holker, to file a California Spousal Property Petition in February.
Who Will Be the Recipient of Stephen "tWitch" Boss' Monetary Earnings?
At the time of his death, Celebrity Net Worth estimated Stephen "tWitch" Boss' net worth at around $5 million. Holker submitted the filing to prove to the court that she is the wife of the late dancer. By doing so, she could receive what he left behind.
In the court documents obtained by People Friday, it showed a judge from the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County officially approving her request for the Spousal Property Petition.
California law urges the surviving spouse to submit a petition to prove their relationship to the deceased. Once approved, they are entitled to their spouse's half of the joint estate.
According to the new documents, Holker now has "property passing rights" but "no administration of it is necessary."
With the recent approval due to Boss passing away intestate, the widow owns half of his interest earnings from his Goldman Sachs Investment account. She will also receive royalties from SAG/AFTRA, Cast and Crew Production Services, Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., and GEP Talent Services.
Holker also garnered half of Stephen's interest in 100 percent of all shares of Stephen Boss Productions, Inc.
