VMAs 2014: Beyoncé Leaves 'Flawless' Gift For Nicki Minaj In Dressing Room

Beyoncé tore the house down at the VMAs last night with an epic 16-minute performance and walked away with the Michael Jackson Vanguard award. But it's Nicki Minaj who says she's having the best week ever.

After riling up the audience with her "Anaconda" performance, joining Jessie J and Ariana Grande for "Bang Bang" and adding sizzle to Usher's "She Came To Give It To You," the femcee found her most sentimental moment after the show, in her dressing room.

"If Beyonce didn't walk into your dressing room and give you a diamond 'FLAWLESS' necklace, then there's no way you could be having a better week than me," Minaj wrote in a post on Instagram attached to a photo of the gift. "Lol. Awwwww thank u QUEEN. ur just a precious gem. I could never thank you enough for your influence on powerful women all around the world. #WeFlawless."

Talk about girl power. That's what we want to see more of: women cheering each other on instead of tearing each other down. Bey really has this whole feminism thing down.

Earlier this month, Beyoncé and Minaj dropped a remix to "Flawless," which was the reason for Minaj's "Anaconda" release delay.
