Since the beginning, Casting Crowns has been more about ministry than spotlights, choosing leading their fans over accolades and loving like Jesus rather than chasing the headlines. Shortly before Thrive released, they helped fans thrive by granting wishes through their Facebook. Now, as they get ready to kick off the Thrive Tour, they are challenging everyone to grow and thrive even more with The Thrive Challenge. https://www.takethethrivechallenge.com/
In the challenge, each of the 12 songs on the album has a devotional and three teaching session from Mark Hall (as well as the lyrics and story behind the song).
The band is also taking the album (and the challenge) on the road with special guests Mandisa and Sidewalk Prophets. After doing 4 special events with Beth Hazel Farris, they will kick off the Thrive Tour on September 18th in Las Cruces, New Mexico. It will visit 36 more cities before wrapping up on December 7th in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
