Travis Barker's children are following in his footsteps in the music industry as the two recently shared their songs on the internet. However, his daughter Alabama amassed criticism for her track, but haters won't stop her from pursuing her passion.
According to People Magazine, the 17-year-old rapper shared a video last week featuring her unreleased song. However, it was not well-received by the public as they started commenting negative remarks on the clip.
Later on, the young musician took to TikTok to address the issue, saying she's tired of people telling her she didn't know anything about rap music.

The video was already taken down.

The musician later showed a photo of herself together with Nicki Minaj as his father was the opening slot for the female rapper together with other hip-hop legends Rick Ross and Lil Wayne.
"So, the first thing that I'm going to point out is this tour. This tour was when I was about 5 years old," she recalled the "I Am Music II" tour in 2011.
Alabama said she was only five years old at the time watching Minaj's set and she knew every lyric.
The young rapper then cited other musicians like Rihanna, Asap Ferg, Steve Aoki, Pharrell Williams, Justin Bieber, and many more.
Alabama Barker Has Been Influenced by Hip-Hop Since She Was a Kid
Later on the video, Alabama said she has been in the music industry since she was a toddler as she watched her father perform in different genres including punk, rock, and rap.
She called out fans by saying, "So, for the people that say, 'Oh, she doesn't know anything about rap music. She didn't grow up around rap music. Why is she doing this? Why is she doing that?' I've been influenced by rap my entire upbringing and punk rock."
The online influencer also acknowledges her privilege and she's grateful and blessed for that. However, it is also not okay for people to make fun of or disrespect any culture.
For those who are still bothered by her music, Alabama said people could keep moving and stop commenting on her videos.
