Tina Turner is about to make a significant comeback on the charts.
As U.K. fans lament Turner's death last Wednesday (May 24) at the age of 83, four of his albums, led by The Platinum Collection, could enter the national album chart.
The Official Charts Company reports that Turner's career retrospective could break into the top 10 for the first time, reentering the midweek chart at No. 8.
The Platinum Collection initially peaked at No. 14 upon its 2009 debut. Foreign Affair by Turner, released in 1989, incorporates her hit "The Best." Foreign Affair will reenter the Official Chart at position No. 10.
Another hits compilation, 1994's The Collected Recordings, is poised for a No. 12 return, while one of the finest comebacks of the 20th century, the U.S. superstar's Private Dancer from 1984, which originally peaked at No. 2, could soar to No. 31.

Mick Hucknall's "Simply Red" may achieve the highest new entry with "Time," which debuted at No. 4 on the Official Chart Update.
If "Time" continues to pass, it will grant the British act their 15th U.K. top 10 single. Arlo Parks' sophomore album My Soft Machine, the follow-up to the British indie star's Mercury Prize-winning debut album from 2021,
Collapsed in Sunbeam, is also vying for a spot in the top ten. My Soft Machine's new position at No. 5 on the chart explosion is No. 5.
