Britney Spears is fiercely protective of her two songs, Jayden James and Sean Preston, who are 16 and 17 years old respectively, and for good reason.
It is known that the "Womanizer" singer always sings praises and gushes about her children online, but she also laments about how she does not really get to spend a lot of time with them.
It seems like their quality bonding time will lessen even further in the following years because according to reports, her two sons are heading further away to Hawaii with their father, Spears' ex, Kevin Federline.
A source revealed to Fox News that despite wanting her children nearby, the singer understands the need to move so far away and that she "loves her children and wants them to be happy."
No More Microscope
After getting out of the infamous conservatorship some years back, Spears has been constantly in the news headlines, and sometimes not for all the best reasons.
Although neither party confirmed nor denied that this is the reason behind the big move, Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan simply stated: "It's an opportunity for Kevin and his wife, and the boys are ready to get away from the L.A. microscope."
On the other hand, Spears' lawyer, Matthew Rosengart, spoke out against Federline's legal camp for publicizing the issue, noting that "it was undignified, ungracious, and unnecessary."

Mother-Son Relationship
Spears' relationship with her sons came to a head when Jayden spoke about his relationship with his mother in a documentary.
"I 100% think this can be fixed. It's just going to take a lot of time and effort. I just want her to get better mentally. When she gets better I really want to see her again."
He also left her a message in his interview, in which he spoke directly to her: "I love you a lot, I hope for the best for you. Maybe one day we can sit down like this and talk again."
The "Toxic" singer responded to her son via social media: "[...] To be basically held hostage in homes under nurses and bulls-t I hope my kids one day understand my reasoning of my play in water revealing myself as any woman would being held under blankets and supervision under the conservatorship!"
As of this writing, Spears has not posted anything on social media regarding her sons' move to Hawaii.
