Express UK cited the band's announcement confirming the band's one-off show this year. However, no other show has been added to its 2023 schedule yet.

The upcoming show will happen on June 21 at the KOKO in Camden, London to support the charity War Child which helps children who are affected by conflict.

The show will have one of the smallest venues Take That has ever played in, as the website might only sell around 1,500 tickets.

Take That To Release New Album

Ahead of the show, Metro reported earlier this month that Take That would soon release its first album in six years which would reportedly take the group "in a new direction."

Donald confirmed the band's plans during an interview with BBC Radio 2, confirming that he and his bandmates went out to Savannah to record the album.

"We all did all our own stuff and we wrote together. We're pretty much in there, now. We're not far from being finished," he said. "We're very excited because it's kind of a new direction for us as well,' he went on."

He did not share further details about the album, but he hinted at the material sounding "absolutely brilliant."

Donald's comment resonated with what Barlow told BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show's Zoe Ball in November. At that time, he revealed that they already started writing the songs but did not officially work on it until after New Year.

Take That debuted in 1990 with the original line-up including Owen, Donald, and Barlow alongside Robbie Williams and Jason Orange. However, the two latter members left in 2014 and 1995, respectively.

While the album was a long time coming, Take That gave its fans its new music when it re-recorded its hit song, "Greatest Day" along with Calum Scott.

They have not confirmed whether the upcoming show or the album will include the two original members.
