According to an exclusive Variety report, a new lawsuit filed at a Tennesee federal court alleged that Jimmie Allen had "randomly approached" her on a plane in 2022. Allen and the accuser, now named "Jane Doe 2," met in Las Vegas and were sexually assaulted by Allen.
"Extremely upset by the assault, Jane Doe 2 was leaving the hotel room when she discovered that Allen had surreptitiously and, without her consent, placed his cell phone in the closet facing the bed and had been videotaping the entire event," the complaint read.
According to Doe's legal counsel, the authorities have already contacted Doe and have been fulfilling the necessary paperwork to kickstart the investigation. Per the publication, Doe will be suing Allen for assault, battery, invasion of privacy, and even emotional distress.
