Taylor Swift ‘The Eras Tour’: Chilean President Asks Pop Star a BIG Favor to Perform in the Country

Taylor Swift is heading to South America later this year for her "The Eras Tour" but not all countries are included in the official tour dates. Many fans were saddened about this including the president of Chile who asked the pop star a big favor for the country.

According to Billboard, Chilean President Gabriel Boric, who previously expressed his love for the singer and claims to be a fan, said in a video that he attempted to contact the singer for her to perform in the Latin country.

"I wrote to her not too long ago, let's see if she responds, so that one day she can include us in her Latin America tour," he revealed, translated to English.

The country's leader is hopeful that the "Paper Rings" hitmaker would bring the concert to Chile as he added that Swift would listen to her Chilean fans and he's sure she'll come to the country "hopefully sometime within the next three years."

After Taylor Swift finishes the rest of her tour across the United States, the pop star will head over to Latin America for a few shows.

Fans from all over the world have been waiting for the musician to release the official tour dates for the international leg of her "The Eras Tour" and it's finally happening.

The singer took to her social media accounts to reveal that she's taking her tour to the international stage, writing, "EXCUSE ME HI I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY I can't wait to see so many of you on The Eras Tour next year at these new international dates!"

Aside from her Latin American leg, the musician would visit Asia, Australia, the United Kingdom, as well as other European countries.
