We haven't heard much from Ma$e since he made a big album announcement in late June.
A new single featuring Kanye West was promised, along with an early October release date. But the first new music we've gotten since May from the rapper-turned-preacher-turned-rapper is a response to recent events in Ferguson, Mo., titled "Politically Incorrect."
Ma$e touches on Missouri while also referencing Trayvon Martin. His primary target appears to be President Obama:
Last night I sent a letter to the White House
It's starting to feel like I didn't send that s--- to the right house
Mike Brown
Strike down
Everything is on sight now
Rappers, n---as ain't got nothing to say
Who give a f--- n---a, you iced out
Fed up with a system that doesn't appear to be producing results, and a bunch of talking heads who aren't taking action, Ma$e drops the following lines near the end:
I hear all the talk
But I'm also watching Zimmerman and Wilson walk

Two months ago, Ma$e was pumped about his new album Now We Even, which is still scheduled for the first week of October. It comes a decade after his last studio album, 2004's Welcome Back.
"This would be what I would have put out after Harlem World," Ma$e said, adding that the albums that ultimately followed his debut weren't what he really wanted to do but were all he could do given the restrictions on his career at the time.
In May, he dropped "Nothing" featuring Eric Bellinger on the hook. Ma$e said that he had just finished shooting a video for the song, but that hasn't appeared, either.
"Politically Incorrect" could be a late addition to Now We Even, but we won't known until Ma$e releases the official album information and tracklist.
