Britney Spears just might not see her children before the latter moves to Hawaii from California next month.

Apparently, Kevin Federline won't be making his sons say their goodbyes to their mom ahead of the move. This means if Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden James, 16, decided that checking in with their mom feels uncool or unhealthy, then Britney Spears will no longer see them because their dad refuses to step in. This is according to TMZ.

An insider told the outlet that Federline, 45, is apparently encouraging the boys to see Spears, 41, before the big move - but to compel them to do so is another story.

The source added that Spears' sons are still weighing in on whether they'll visit the "Toxic" singer.

Page Six previously confirmed in May that Federline was uprooting his family to Hawaii so would no longer feel the media attention surrounding Spears post-conservatorship.

Early on, Page Six reported that Spears was fine with her sons making the move. It's not clear though what she would feel about her children just leaving, without even spending a few minutes with her before they leave.

"To her credit, Britney Spears will not interfere with and consents to the relocation," her attorney, Mathew Rosengart, wrote in a legal letter to Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Even though she's okay with the move, this does not mean she's not going to be sad when it happens.

This is why the star even publicly declared her undying love for her child.

The "Toxic" singer took to Instagram on Thursday, June 29, to post a sweet throwback snap of her son Jayden James, before the move.

She captioned the post with " 礦," which translates from Chinese to English as "Mine."

This must feel a bit poignant since the insiders close to Spears say she's been left "devastated" by her strained relationship with Jayden and Sean Preston, 17, before their big move to the Aloha state.

Fans feel sorry for Britney Spears as well because they feel that her ex is just milking her off.

Of all the places to go - why Hawaii? Fans said Hawaii is the only state where child support is ordered for children up to 23 years old, with the only condition that they are enrolled in full-time education at a college or university, a vocational school, or a trade school. This means that Britney Spears has to support his sons for the next five years.
