Madonna set a new date to formally begin her Celebration Tour after its cancelation due to her devastating health scare.
The Queen of Pop confirmed in her first statement since her hospitalization that she is already recovering after contracting a serious bacterial infection. She was reportedly intubated in an intensive care unit following the health emergency, with details about the use of Narcan to revive her emerged recently.
While preparing her way toward recovery, Madonna is also paving her way to finally start her highly-anticipated Celebration Tour.
When Will Madonna's Celebration Tour Start?
Madonna shared a lengthy message on her official Instagram page in which she expressed her gratitude toward everyone who offered prayers and sent love throughout her hospital stay, assuring her fans that she is already on the road to recovery following the event.
As for her new Celebration Tour schedule, the "Material Girl" shared her current plan to start the European leg in October and reschedule the North American shows. Though she has not confirmed the exact date, her new update put her fans at ease as they had been waiting for a positive update about her over the past few days.

"I also didn't want to let down the people who worked tirelessly with me over the past few months to create my show," she said, adding, "I hate to disappoint anyone. My focus now is on my health and getting stronger and I assure you, I'll be back with you as soon as I can."
Madonna prepared for her Celebration Tour to mark the 40th anniversary of her hit debut album, which she released in 1983. She originally planned to begin her trek in Vancouver, British Columbia, before visiting more cities and venues until the last show in Amsterdam on Dec. 1.
Madonna Recovering Well After Health Scare
The "4 Minutes" crooner was first spotted in her Upper East Side neighborhood over a week after her hospital discharge, enjoying the place as she strolled with a friend.
The TikTok video that captured her public outing has since gone viral, and fans thanked the user for sharing how Madonna had been looking great after the health scare and for bringing light to everyone amid queries about her condition.
