All eyes and ears have been trained on Britney Spears since she was freed from her years-long conservatorship; everyone is wondering how she will address the atrocities she experienced.
Many speculated that perhaps she will get interviewed by Oprah, or even Drew Barrymore, but apparently, the "Oops I Did It Again" singer is doing it her way.
According to reports, Spears will be releasing her very first tell-all memoir "The Woman in Me" on Oct. 24.
"Britney's compelling testimony in open court shook the world, changed laws, and showed her inspiring strength and bravery," said Jennifer Bergstrom, the Senior Vice President and Publisher of Gallery Books.
"I have no doubt her memoir will have a similar impact - and will be the publishing event of the year. We couldn't be more proud to help her share her story at last."
Britney Spears' Memoir
There is not a lot of information about the memoir as of this writing, except that it "illuminates the enduring power of music and love - and the importance of a woman telling her own story, on her own terms."
The memoir is one of the most highly anticipated releases of this year, especially since it will detail the conservatorship and its aftermath from Spears' very own account.
The deal, which happened behind closed doors was even described as "one of the biggest of all time," compared to several other high-profile memoirs like the Obamas', reports say.
Fans can start pre-ordering the book on Amazon.
Britney Spears' Fight For Her Life
Back during court proceedings, Spears uttered a sentence that reverberated throughout the courtroom, and into the people's hearts.
"I want my life back," she had said; and she eventually did.
Despite being free from her 13-year conservatorship, Spears had to face the scrutiny of the public as she reemerged and took control over her brand, image, and social media pages.
With her newfound freedom, Spears has taken it upon herself to respond directly to the allegations and criticisms.
However, unlike before, Spears now has an army of people who are willing to go to battle for her.
Spears is not the only star from their family to release a memoir. Last year, Jamie Lynn released her memoir, which featured the singer, and alleged that Spears' behavior was "erratic, paranoid, and spiraling."
The "If U Seek Amy" singer confronted the starlet on Twitter: "So why are they even talking about that unless she wants to sell a book at my expense?"
Safe to say, Spears has reclaimed her power and she is not afraid to wield it.
