Fans have been waiting for Mahalia to release new music since 2019 and it took her four years before announcing that she has a brand new project coming out. Check out all the details about the pop star's new record below.
According to Uproxx, the British singer will finally drop her second studio album "IRL," the follow-up to her 2019 record "Love & Compromise."
The outlet suggested that it's only fair for the singer to have a long gap between her debut and sophomore records because of the pandemic.
Keep your notifications on as Mahalia will release "IRL" on Friday, July 14, 2023, via Atlantic Records.
The singer will have 13 songs in total and some tracks would feature some of the most talented artists in the music industry. Her collaborators include JoJo, Stromzy, Joyce Wrice, Kojey Radical, and Destin Conrad.
So far, the musician already released a few singles before the album was released. Some of the songs ready for streaming are "Terms And Conditions," "Ready," and "Cheat."
Regarding its official artwork, Mahalia shared the cover on her official Instagram account featuring herself slightly covering her eyes with her hand as a red light hits her face. The letters "IRL" appeared to be projected on her palm.
