Though Justin Bieber is supposed to be taking a break after wrapping up the latest leg of his Believe Tour in Atlanta last week (Aug. 10), the "Baby" singer seems unable to stop. According to his Instagram, Bieber hit the studio yesterday (Aug. 15) with rapper Future.
With the simple caption, "In the studio making a smash with my bro @future," Bieber's latest photo shows the duo staring into the camera while sitting on a studio soundboard.
It's not clear what project Bieber and Future are working on during the studio session. It could be a part of Bieber's "music journals" project, a new album or a single for Future.
However, the track is unlikely to be Bieber's highly anticipated single "Heartbreaker." News has been sparse on the reportedly honest track about Bieber's relationship with ex Selena Gomez. Earlier in the summer, it seemed as though "Heartbreaker" was due at any moment, with manager Scooter Braun teasing the single in interviews and Bieber releasing a snippets of the song in his commercial for The Key and in an Instagram video.
It's likely that "Heartbreaker" is finished, and that Bieber and his camp are sitting on the release, waiting to release it at just the right moment.
The Future session isn't the first time Bieber has shown off his studio efforts this month. He wrote that he has "no offdays" on his Instagram on Aug. 6.
